Now, not everyone is musically gifted or can find the right words to say how we feel in the song, but luckily for us, there are plenty of talented musical artists who are!

Bruno Mars is known for his incredible vocal range and classic love songs. But “Just the Way You Are” is hands down one of his best. The song charted as his first big hit with this upbeat tune about being beautiful exactly as you are. A message everyone should hear and a beautiful song indeed!

Think Out Loud – Ed Sheeran

One song that kicked off the career of the musical talented Ed Sheeran was “Thinking Out Loud.” If there was ever a song for a slow dance, this is it. Ed Sheeran nails the feeling of resting your head on your partner while you sway slowly to the music.

A Thousand Years – Christina Perri

Hearts around the world get goosebumps listening to this song. We first heard it at the end of the “Twilight” series when Bella and Edward finally tied the knot in “Breaking Dawn.” The song speaks about a couple’s eternal love for one another. It is a beautiful song and speaks to the true meaning of love.

I Will Always Love You – Whitney Houston

It wouldn’t be a Valentine’s Day playlist without putting Whitney Houston’s classic “I Will Always Love You.” The popular love song was originally written and sung by the country music icon Dolly Parton. Whitney Houston’s version was released in 1992. The song topped the charts for 14 weeks and remains one of the most popular songs of all time.

Love Story – Taylor Swift

This love song is more upbeat than most, but Taylor Swift nails this love story. She cheerfully sings about ‘happily ever after’ and the Romeo to her Juliet. Romeo tells her “Marry me” in the end and it’s all just a love story.

Love Me Tender – Elvis Presley

Considered one of the greatest Elvis Presley songs of all time, “Love Me Tender” is simple and sweet. Elvis Presley known as the “King of Rock” had plenty of slow-dancing songs about romance. Other honor mentions are “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” “Are You Lonesome Tonight,” and “I Need Your Love Tonight.”

The Painter – Cody Johnson

This is the most recent song on this list, but we couldn’t leave it off. Cody Johnson released “The Painter” a song about how his wife is the painter of his family. She turns the things “black and white” into “color,” beautifying the small things in life.
