A few months ago, we shared our dear friend chef Ralph Pagano’s story of survival. After suffering severe burns in a kitchen explosion in Bimini in June 2017, Ralph discussed the lessons he learned and how his priorities have changed since. Now, the chef is focused on helping other burn survivors at Jackson Health, where he was treated.
