With an ever-changing roster of experiences and activities, this central Florida city always has something new and exciting to do! That’s why the Balancing Act’s host Christina Nicholson and her family are embarking on a fun-filled vacation to the “theme park capital of the world!”
Then, Beth Troutman, former co-host of The Balancing Act, returns to the show to talk about why she left a promising television career to help change the world.
Finally, meet Marc Buoniconti, who visits The Balancing Act to talk about his life, his mission, and his goal to one day walk again. He shares the story chronicled in his new book, Undefeated: From Tragedy to Triumph, of a tragic accident on the football field that left him paralyzed and how he has since made it his life’s goal to find a cure for paralysis.
