So simple to make – all you have to do is whisk the cold milk and whipping cream with the contents of the package, let sit for an hour then broil caramelized sugar on top for extra goodness! Creamy and delicious.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners. Combine the flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt in a medium bowl. Stir and set aside.
