You Gotta Believe is the only NYC Metro organization that specializes in finding permanent families for young adults, teens, and pre-teens in foster care.

Every child deserves a loving, devoted family. They focus exclusively on achieving this goal for every kid in foster care because family is the solution! Executive Director Jennifer Pinder explains why “family is first” – followed by services to support both the kids and the family. All of You Gotta Believe’s program staff is made up of people who adopted kids from foster care or who were in foster care themselves.

When a child is connected to a permanent, loving family as the first and primary solution, support services like education and job readiness become exponentially more effective and valuable.
