What can I do to improve my interview? Speak confidently, be animated and answer the questions with examples so the hiring manager is clear about what you’re trying to communicate. Make sure you are well prepared with knowledge of the company, reiterate how interested you are in the position and remember to thank anyone involved afterwards. The big, bad world may feel intimidating after your absence, but just remember – if you can give birth, you can do anything!
