Olive-Raisin Tapenade Platter

Using high-quality ingredients from Star Fine Foods, celebrity chef Ingrid Hoffmann shows us how to make an olive-raisin tapenade platter.

- 5.5 oz jar STAR Garlic and Basil Marinated Olives, drained
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons chopped white onion
- ¼ cup STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon STAR Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions
- To make the tapenade, use a food processor and pulse the olives, raisins, onion, olive oil, and vinegar until you have a thick paste consistency. Scrape the mixture into a small bowl.
- Have a beautiful platter of crudités, cheese, and charcuterie and include bowls of the above tapenade.
