Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Looking for a delicious way to stay cool this summer? We at The Balancing Act, are head over heels for this strawberry smoothie, the perfect way to sweeten your morning commute or a night on the patio.
Love Potion Strawberry Smoothie
2/3 cup frozen strawberries
1 fresh strawberry for garnish (optional)
5 oz. light vanilla soy milk
3 Splenda packets
3 large ice cubes
2 Tbsp. Fat-Free Reddi-Wip
- Make a cut in your fresh strawberry, from the point towards the stem, about 2/3 of the way. Set aside.
- Place all remaining ingredients but the whipped cream in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds.
- Pour into your glass, top with Reddi-wip and slide your fresh strawberry onto the rim of your glass. Enjoy!
