Ralph goes meatless to kick off the new year! Watch as celebrity chef Ralph Pagano visits the inspirational Coral Castle in Homestead, Florida. Because he wants to start the new year off light, Ralph  prepares a healthy bowl recipe using tempeh as the main ingredient.

The castle and surrounding grounds are a wonder in limestone. Mysterious sculptor Edward Leedskalnin carved and built the entire stone garden structures over 30 years, working secretly at night. Even today, nearly 70 years after he built them, Leedskalnin’s incredible structures remain a mystery and an inspiration for the new year.

Stay tuned as chef Ralph prepares a healthy power bowl using Lightlife’s Original Tempeh as the main ingredient.

Lifelife’s Original Tempeh (pronounced tem-pay) is savory and subtly nutty—plus, you can cook it to your heart’s desire. Slice it, cube it, crumble it, bake it, steam it, fry it — the list goes on. But no matter how you prep it, this organic tempeh shines in any recipe.
