Gratitude is a powerful way to turn around your thinking––on the one hand, the cup can be half empty. On the other hand, it can be half full. It all depends on your perspective and this perspective can be the emotional motivator needed to keep on going. Get the gratitude conversation started and learn how to teach your children early on the power of gratitude in their lives with tips from family therapist Dr. Jessica Leon. Teaching your children how to be grateful as opposed to being entitled is a challenge many parents face. We aren’t born grateful, it is something we have to learn and teach by example.
