The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night event brings light to the darkness of cancer by funding life-saving research and support for people battling blood cancer.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is a global leader in the fight against blood cancers, and their Light The Night event brings light to the darkness of cancer by funding life-saving research and support for people battling cancer. These efforts culminate in inspirational, memorable evening experiences filled with music, fireworks, and empowering ceremonies celebrating survivors, honoring patients, and remembering those we have lost.
We’ll meet Courtney, who’s three-year-old son Cayden was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia. Despite the devastation, she became invested in not letting her son’s diagnosis be in vein. She started a Light the Night campaign and raised over $10,000 to fund blood cancer research and patient support.
