Chef Stuart O’Keeffe is back in The Balancing Act kitchen to show Olga Villaverde and Julie Moran how to prepare an entire day’s worth of healthy, delicious meals for mom this Mother’s Day—courtesy of Star Fine Foods.

First, Stuart whips up two perfect breakfasts in bed: scrambled eggs with marinated artichokes on toast, and a spinach and artichoke frittata. Then, Stuart incorporates sliced jalapeños from Star with scrambled eggs and cheese, and then wraps them up in bacon. Yum!

Finally, it’s on to lunch and dinner—Chef Stuart bakes some savory salmon steaks in a delightful white wine caper sauce.
