Customer Service Week
October 5, 2015
Today marks the beginning of Customer Service Week, an international celebration of the importance of the customer service industry and the people within it.
It was first recognized by the U.S. Congress in 1992 and since then, companies across the country and throughout the world have joined in to show their appreciation for the employees that serve and support customers on a daily basis.
Do you have a favorite server or bartender at the restaurant around the corner? Does your company have a dedicated Customer Service department? If so, and you have the opportunity to thank someone for their contribution, this is the week to do it!
The best part of Thanksgiving is spending time with your family and being grateful for your many blessings. Today, The Balancing Act is giving you three turkey leftover recipes that can infuse your holiday extras with a tasty twist.
Get swept away under the desert sky as Amber Milt takes you behind the scenes of The Band's Visit.
