Two foundations are advocating for cures for two devastating diseases
Today, we’re sharing the stories of two foundations that are advocating for cures for two devastating diseases. We have the executive director of the Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) Foundation, Dr. Tracy Dixon-Salazar, who shares what they are doing to help those with LGS.
We’re also taking a look at the Scleroderma Research Foundation, which is fulfilling its goal to improve therapies and, ultimately, find a cure for the disease.
Plus, we’re celebrating Rare Disease Day 2023 as we bring awareness to the nearly 300 million people worldwide living with a rare disease.
