Broadway Balances America provides behind-the-scenes access and interviews highlighting shows featured on Broadway Across America’s 2016-2017 Broadway series nationwide – from Boston to Costa Mesa, from Houston to Minneapolis, and everywhere in between. The Balancing Act’s hosts get up close and personal with casts and crews, even experiencing what it’s like to take the show on the road.
In this first segment, Broadway Balances America welcomes THE ILLUSIONISTS – LIVE FROM BROADWAY™ as The Balancing Act’s hosts, Amber Milt and Olga Villaverde, get in on the act and discover what it takes to suspend disbelief for eight performances a week! Viewers will meet “The Trickster”, Jeff Hobson, in studio and witness an illusion that will leave them speechless. Hobson will discuss how a theatrical, Broadway magic spectacular balances a Broadway season.
