A rare disease most often appearing in the lungs, but that can occur in the lymph nodes, eyes, skin, or other areas affecting how well organs work.
Sarcoidosis is an inflammatory disease that can affect almost any organ in the body, but most commonly targets the lungs and lymph nodes.
