1. DJ Khaled opened Beyoncé’s shows in LA earlier this year.
The surprise guest left fans in shock getting to witness not one, but two global superstars in one night. DJ Khaled announced on social media that he got a call from Beyoncé to open for both of her shows in Los Angeles, California. This was a special treat for fans because Beyoncé was the opener for her entire tour outside of these two shows. Fans in LA were lucky to see this show!
2. Beyoncé made sure to keep it fun at these concerts, so much so that she started a trend!
In one of Beyoncé’s hit songs “ENERGY,” there is a line saying, “Everybody on mute.” During this song, everyone in the stadium would go ‘on mute’ as a challenge. Leaving the entire stadium so silent you could hear a pin drop! The challenge had a huge following on social media as Beyoncé traveled, each city would compete with other cities to see who could stay quiet the best. Beyoncé crowned Atlanta the champion of the challenge, during the stop in Atlanta after the challenge, the singer yelled out “Y’all won, y’all won!”
3. Beyoncé got to perform with her daughter, Blue Ivy!
That’s right. Blue Ivy joined her mama on stage for the first time on the Renaissance World Tour on May 26 in Paris, France! Fans were surprised and got to witness a real treat. The 11-year-old continued to dance on stage with her mother throughout the rest of the tour in Europe and North America. 4. While singing her classic song ‘Flawless,’ the global phenomenon highlighted her insecurities on stage.

7. One of the biggest movies from this summer was Barbie (2023).
The film was released while Beyoncé was on tour. The Greta Gerwig film inspired Queen B to perform in a Barbie-inspired outfit.
