In 2016, the CHEST Foundation and Allergy & Asthma Network joined forces to raise awareness around the severity of difficult-to-control Asthma. The campaign — “Asthma: Take Action. Take Control.” — aims to aid millions of Americans suffering from persistent asthma. The campaign educates patients and families about the most current treatment options, highlighting the importance of referral to specialists to improve patient outcomes. Join host Amber Milt and Tonya Winders, President & CEO of the Allergy & Asthma Network, as they discuss difficult-to treat-asthma, the importance of having an asthma action plan and what we can do to take control of our own asthma health.
