I'm trying to loose 15 lbs! Will the exercises around the house help? I clean almost everyday and get my heart rate up, but is it enough?

I've been doing these exercises since I first saw the video. The first day I was so sore that I couldn't laugh! Now I'm getting used to them. When will I start seeing results? And, how often should I do them? I need to loose 10 lbs by December.
