On today’s show we’re helping all the foodies out there with great entertaining tips that cannot be beat! As Spring comes to an end, and Summer nights get longer, it’s the perfect time to have your friends and family over for a fun filled, relaxing evening. We have Ménage à Trois wines here to talk pairing the perfect wine with your meal. We’ll play matchmaker and pair together ripe, luscious wine varieties with appetizers, main courses and desserts. Salute! Next we’ll be stirring up some quick meals with Chef Ralph Pagano using Maggi’s’ sweet chili sauce to give your meal idea the kick it needs to bring the taste of Asia to your plate. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners. Combine the flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt in a medium bowl. Stir and set aside.
